Really? Still Making Things Up?

Sarah Palin’s new book is out, but the anti-palin crowd did something I felt was almost illegal. Sarah Palin’s book is called “Going Rogue”
I guess the liberals, in fear, had to do something to prevent sales. They created a book, almost identical in look and title, “Going Rouge”. Incredible.

Now suppose you want HER book, but you see these two at the bookstore. How easy would it be to pick up the wrong one? It’s my belief that was the intention.

There really must be something though, that strikes fear in the mere mortal liberal, before the book’s release, the AP found a copy and assigned 11 people to fact check all 432 pages.

Reviewing books and holding public figures accountable is at the core of good journalism, but the treatment Palin’s book received appears to be something new for the AP. The organization did not review for accuracy recent books by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy, then-Sen. Joe Biden, either book by Barack Obama released before he was president or autobiographies by Bill or Hillary Clinton. The AP did more traditional news stories on those books.

And that’s a shame, as I bet some fact checks on those would have proved interesting.

The fact is, in her book, she reveals so much about herself, grades and documents in her past, and so much more than Obama has been willing to reveal ever.
