Fremantle is a hard place for me to get my head around and to describe to others. It reminds me of Annapolis in that there is a harbor and it's very historic. There really is more to it than that. It has Aboriginal history, it has this whole Navy and Submarine base background, it's a fishing town, a University town, it has a historical prison, but it also has this bohemian, artsy, carefree, relaxed ambiance amongst buildings that look like ... I don't know Rupert Murdock personally, nor do I know much about him. I do know he has been in the news of late associated in a legal scandal regarding part of his empire called News of the World in England.
My first question to myself was, "Why pick on just him?"
Of course, I distrust the news media as much as politicians, so, given all the examples out there of media bias and their corrupt policies, it's hard to understand why ... Read More

The North Sea region includes eastern England, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and parts of Germany.
A copy of the map, which makes no reference to England or Britain, has even renamed the English Channel the "Channel Sea".
Each zone will have a "transnational ... Read More

I love how the internet gives us quick and easy news from around the world.
Telemundo: Venezuela Halts Transmission On Election Night - Truly there is no surprise for me there. Chavez is a typical dictator.
Ahmadinejad: Israel will disappear - He keeps angrily pointing his finger and threatening Israel on one side, and on the other tells the world he only has peaceful plans for his nukes, is there anyone buying this? However, on an interesting note, Iran's parliament wants Ahmadinejad ... Read More
