Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signs into law no cell phone use while driving.
So his wife gets busted talking on the phone while driving.
I don't know what the penalty is for talking on the phone but the governor promised, "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action."
