Not Above the Law
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signs into law no cell phone use while driving. So his wife gets busted talking on the phone while driving. I don’t know what the penalty is for talking on the phone but the governor promised, “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There’s going to be swift action.” Schwarzenegger spokesman Aaron McLear says that by “swift action,” the governor means he’ll ask his wife not to hold the phone while driving.
