I might not be a world expert on international affairs. I may not know everything I need to know about the differences in American and Japanese cultures, but there are things I do know.
I do know...
That, a major earthquake rocked Japan, followed by a dangerous tsunami. People were left homeless, with everything they owned gone. Many are still missing.
Top that off with they are cold, hungry, homeless, and scared.
Add to that there are some interesting issues with their nuclear power ... Read More

Democrats: “Spending For Dummies” Or: "How to waste someone else's money for profit and pleasure"
We’ve seen it splattered all across the front pages; more spending for jobs, more spending for bailouts, more spending for Unemployment, more spending for Teachers and Unions and special interests. We’ve also seen ... Read More

Apparently Obama (some 63 days later) has put together a panel to investigate to oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. What I have noticed and what people are talking about is how few experts are on the panel, and how many are just like Obama in his energy policies.
From Yahoo News
The panel appointed by President Barack Obama to investigate the Gulf of Mexico oil spill is short on technical expertise but long on talking publicly about "America's addiction to ... Read More

There was a time when Bill Clinton was in the White House, when it seemed he and his friends were trying to get away with so much, that he actually earned the nickname, "Slick Willy".
Soon we will have to honor Obama with a similar nickname.
Yesterday, I only saw part of Obama speaking to the American Medical Association, wooing them into his health care program. I don't know about you, but most doctors I know of, are very fearful of nationalized ... Read More

Scary words, but to me and others it's a reality to face, such as this article by Paul Driessen.
White House and Congress enacted a $700-billion financial bailout, followed by an earmark-laden $787-billion "stimulus" law and plans to ladle out $1.6 billion in federal government bonuses in 2009. Then came a $3.5 trillion "red sea" FY 2010 budget, and the prospect of $9.3 trillion in total indebtedness over the coming decade.
A March 31 Bloomberg study found that the Treasury Department, Federal ... Read More

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, receiving support from the Canadian economist Prof Mundell and Nobel-prize winner Professor Robert Mundell, is proposing a one world currency, the Acmetal. Mr Nazarbayev's coining of "acmetal'' combines the Greek word "acme,'' meaning peak or best, and "capital.''
Mr Nazarbayev and Prof Mundell urged the Group of 20 leading developed and developing economies to form a working group on the proposal at their summit on the global economic crisis in London on April 2.

If you are not angry enough about the generational robbery in the name of stimulus, throwing billions upon billions into programs and institutions that keep their hand out, how do you feel about the so called stimulus jobs going to illegal immigrants?

Tens of thousands of jobs created by the economic stimulus law could end up filled by illegal immigrants, ... Read More

While on the campaign trail, more and more people in Obama's past and present seemed dubious at best. Racist preachers and terrorist co-worker to mention two.
Now that he is elected, and especially after promising ethics reform, (barring lobbyist from his administration), he would, usher in a new age of responsibility.
Curious then, how he found at least three people for cabinet positions that didn't pay their taxes over years, had illegal aliens in their employ, and a lobbyist for a military contractor who is now ... Read More

American teenagers lie, steal and cheat more at "alarming rates," a study of nearly 30,000 high school students concluded Monday.
The attitudes and conduct of some 29,760 high school students across the United States "doesn't bode well for the future when these youngsters become the next generation's politicians and parents, cops and corporate executives, and journalists and generals," the non-profit Josephson Institute said.
In its 2008 Report Card on the Ethics of American Youth, the Los Angeles-based organization said the teenagers' ... Read More

I should not have been surprised when seeing people interviewed, Obama supporters, that they had little or no knowledge of newsworthy items, high-ranking officials, or even which party was in control of Congress at this moment. Many interviewed seemed rather confused, an example being they took Saturday Night Live skits like Tina Fey's as something factual, and when confronted with facts, didn't know even remotely what candidate they came from. Something you can blame the mainstream media for, and this ... Read More

CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, New York Times... You know who they are, and just to name a few.
The mainstream media have gone over the line and are now straight out propagandists for the Obama campaign. While they have been liberal and blinkered in their worldview for decades, in 2007-08 for the first time, the major media are consciously covering for one candidate for president and consciously knifing the other. This is no longer journalism — it is simply propaganda.

It definitely caught wives in the church by surprise."
