Mid 80's temperatures and low humidity led Laura and I outdoors. Since I had an errand in the area, we decided to hike the trail at the airplane park. We call it the airplane park, but it's really an Aviation Observation Park (for plane-spotting enthusiasts) that happens to be connected to the Baltimore Annapolis Trail.

No kidding, last night I dreamed I was in a garden with giant butterflies. Many of them.
They weren't scary to me, even though their size as as large as the treetops, they were beautiful, with their details and markings even more vivid at this size.
The frustration in the dream (isn't there always one?) is that I was struggling with my camera to get it to work to take their photos.

Usually I am a steady blogger, but I think I slowed down the pace of late. In fact, even my weekend seemed slow of pace...and you know what, I enjoyed and needed that. My emotions and life needed a break from the hassles of our troubling headlines.
