I don't know how to feel about Comcast's new policy on caps. I really like my connection. It's fast, it's reliable, when or if there is a problem they work hard to fix it. I pay my bill on time. I keep my PC maintained. I make sure the PC is not filled with malware, that its clean and ready to run. Frankly, that should make me one of Comcast's favorite customers. I thought I would update everyone as to my cable woes. I did get to speak to a human being, somewhat knowledgeable, even. She informed me that the outages were due to an upgrade. I told her that other ISP's that have maintenence work to do INFORM their customers ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.
