Christmas Presents (Part 6)

For the past 7 years or so now, Christmas has come to us from down under, and there is always a box of goodies and surprises and a taste of Australia right here in our home.

Each year, Yowies are a constant staple. (Although we never get the chocolate, only the toy) 🙂
Miranda was thrilled to put together her first Yowie.

This year was our first to “sample” Australian Vegemite (it never got past our noses – sorry John!).

Miquel was THRILLED with his Thorny Devil and “Footie”

The house is now filled with Budgie figurines (one for “mum” too!) and a very special Blue Fairy Wren.

Magnetic Ire Ore jewelry was a special treat for Laura and I. I don’t know if Mr Dolphin was sending us a both a big hint as the package read “May help boost energy levels, ease pain, and reduce stress” (I think he is calling us MOODY, Laura!) 🙂

Here Laura is opening one of the budgies as Miranda and Enric watch.

Later, we all thank Mr Dolphin via webcam; Enric and Miquel cut up with him, they are all teasing each other.

I also am thankful via the webcam posing in my new Tee Shirt from the Perth Zoo

It’s not totally visible here but it has giraffes on it, which I have a fondness for.

Thank you, Mr Dolphin, from all of us.
