Kings Park Flower Show Second Visit

A little boy tries to pick the everlastings at the Kings Park Flower show.

Another weekend, another flower show visit. Any why not? The variety of flowers seen here is not to be believed. So many representing all over Western Australia, which really should be another wonder of the world. (Someone needs to get on board with that). Today’s visit we also took in some flowers in the Eastern States.

Below is a quick slide show of what we saw…

I went down there on Sunday (along with 1 million others) while we had 5 minutes of sunshine to take photos of plants I want in my new garden. Was planning to go back when they have their flower sale.

PS It wasn’t me or Cathy that crashed the bus into the tree ( They have now chopped it down)

    the tree was innocent
it was just standing there minding its own business
its always the tree that cops it 🙁

you can get leschenaultia almost anywhere i think, bunnings, waldecks etc and swan river daisies are often available as seed, and with this rain they may grow and flower before summer
