Miranda’s Bench

As Enric tells the story, many times in their courtship and marriage, Miranda would claim any vacant bench as her bench. This became a sort of inside joke between the two of them.

As it is soon Miranda’s  birthday, Enric wanted to get something thoughtful, her real OWN bench. This was also the perfect gift as they are soon going to finally have a place of  their own to put the bench.

Enric also wanted to personalize it. “Miranda’s Bench”
He decided on stenciling. So he was some days in the shed doing the painting.

Today, a little soon for her actual birthday, Enric gave Miranda her own bench…

Covering her eyes so as to be a surprise until the last minute.

Miranda sees that indeed, it is HER bench.

She loves it!
