Nature Walk With Silas

The weather of late has been cloudy, rainy, gray, and chilly.

So today, it was still all those things minus the rain. Since Silas has had precious little outside time, Laura and I took him to the park and it ended up being a little “Nature walk.”

Silas liked exploring things, like mysterious holes in trees.

Silas wanted to go deeper into the woods, on an unknown path…

Fragrant honeysuckle was everywhere.

Mountain laurel was also in some places.

Some of the grasses was taller than Silas!

Of course while at the park it’s fun to get on the playground equipment.

Having a good giggle with Tia Laura while on the swing.

Being silly while going down the slide.
