Oceans Eleven

Ocean City 2011, that is.

This being John’s third visit to Maryland, it seemed way overdue to take him to Ocean City.

First thing was to go to my favorite place for breakfast, The Dough Roller.

John got to see some odd sights…

…like the shark at Ripley’s

Silas is anxious to show John something at Ripley’s

Silas (like his nana) loved the arcades.

At the far end of the boardwalk, it was obviously time to climb the anchor.

Next, was time to go to the waves.

Silas adapts to the sand well.

Silas erases John’s romantic attempt in the sand.

John llearns the Atlantic is not as warm as his Indian Ocean.

I just HAD to get Silas a kite. John showed him how to hold one.

I had as much fun as Silas, perhaps more.

Before leaving, we went back to The Dough Roller for pizza, where they gave the children some Easter toys.

Before we got to our parked car, this was Silas. 🙂
