Perth Zoo with the Olsens

Not having enough time at the Perth Zoo the first time we went, Sunday afternoon seemed the perfect time to go back, and to my delight the Olsens met us there.  We had already spent Sunday morning with them in worship at the Thornlie Church of Christ, to extend our visit with them at the zoo was perfect.

Pauline Olsen, the most entusiastic lady I've ever met. It showed in her walk around the zoo.

Pauline took a photo of Rodney and I, she told a cute story that she was telling people that they were off to meet ‘a woman Rodney met on the internet.’
Funny how that raised a few eyebrows.

🙂

I actually got to know Rodney when John told me about a radio station called Sonshine FM

The net made it possible for me to listen in, and Rodney was DJ that day. Ever since, I have tuned in to Rodney’s blog and reads mine.

James was right, the nocturnal house was really something special, I saw creatures there I had never heard of before. This bat was impressive too!

I enjoyed knowing the Olsen family VERY much. Looking forward to seeing them each time I come to Perth, and they are certainly invited to stay with me in Maryland!
