Watching the Planes, Again

John really seemed to enjoy our little park on Dorsey Road where one can go to watch the planes land. So, after a day at the zoo, we piled back into the car to watch some more planes land.

The late afternoon showed off what a rainy, stormy day we had (it hailed).

John did something different this time. He walked along the road so that he could see directly under the planes as they landed.

Taking a cue from his 300mm lens, I decided to try a shot fully close up on an incoming plane, I couldn’t believe how low the planes really are. You can even see the pilot!
