What Do We Know of Love?

I think of the word love and wonder how much do we really understand love.

One of my favorite hymms speaks of divine love.

O love divine, amazing love

That brought to earth from heav’n above

The Son of God for us to die

That we might dwell on high

He died for you, He died for me

And shed His blood to make us free

Upon the cross of Calvary

The Savior died for me

For us a crown of thorns he wore

For us a cross of scorn he bore

He conquered death and rent the grave

And lives again our souls to save

Chorus

O wand’rer come, on Him believe

His grace by faith receive

Awake, arise and hear His call

The feast is spread for all

Thank you so much for helping me locate the name of this song. It’s April 2011 now and I’ve been searching for it since last year. I heard it on a radio station that doesn’t give out song names or artists, so I’ve been searching down many blind alleys for months. The interweb thingy can be a very misleading place. Now that you have given me both, I’ve found where I can purchase the music and even the score itself. May God be with you.
