Driving to Paynes Find

The next morning, it was a tad dismal and grey, but we were resigned it was to be a rainy vacation. We decided to head towards Paynes Find and took the Rabbit Proof Fence….road?

Windmills…The kind we were looking for last night for the Sunset photos. With this grey weather, we couldn’t even get a sunrise. 🙂

We started to see wildflowers alongside the road.

Even the landscape changed a bit. No more totally flat land.

John held this flower from the wind so I could get a photo of it. We were soon in for a treat with many wildflowers (and birds) ahead.
