First Oriole Game for Silas

The time had come to take Silas to his first Oriole game.

First a drive to Baltimore, find parking, and walk to the stadium, passing by Ravens Stadium with Daddy and Uncle Meek.

Next, stop to pay tribute to Johnny Unitas, a favorite Baltimore quarterback with a “golden arm.”

Finally we’re reaching Oriole territory.

Silas didn’t want to pose with the Oriole Bird statue.

So I went for a candid shot of him later. 🙂

Learning about getting ready to honor our flag and National Anthem before the game.

Once the game started, Silas cried, it was too loud for him.

One ice cream and sugar drink later, Silas was loud too!

Nana gets a hot dog and the man wrote ORIOLES with mustard. 🙂 (Taken with the cell phone).

Uncle Meek comes back with a huge sandwich.

Good thing I brought wipes, there wasn’t enough napkins to take care of this job. 🙂

Silas also enjoyed watching them clean the field.

I am not sure who the Oriole bird excited the most, Silas, or the two grown men who brought him here. They sure did laugh a lot.

About the 8th inning, Silas was getting tired. It was way past his bedtime!

Walking to the car, he was obviously ready to drop. 🙂
