Noble Falls
Getting closer to home, we stopped in on Noble Falls. John was surprised at the level of the water.
The Running postman has single, scarlet pea flowers scattered along its stems.
There was a lot of water.
The angle from the top.
John takes a photo of me bundled up in the cold and rain looking at the falls.
It’s easy to imagine that normally there is no water here.
Nor here.
A heron finds dinner in the waters.
Little did I know then that we would return two weeks later with the water much lower, but it was still lovely.
