Raeburn Orchards, Roleystone, Western Australia

Back in the USA where spring is blooming, here in Western Australia it’s technically what they call autumn, but it doesn’t seem like autumn to an American. Then I saw a post in a Facebook post from Americans in Perth regarding this Orchard, and that it looked very American like autumn. So John and I drove past!

Raeburn Orchards

This was the promise on their website

Apple & Persimmon Harvest (April-June)
As the stone fruit harvest is completed the trees begins to shut down for the winter. In this period the leaves of the trees will begin to change colour and shed.
However, this is not the case for the Apples & Persimmons, as the majority are harvested during the Autumn months.
This is when the orchard offers some of the most stunning photo opportunities as the Persimmon trees become a wall of crimson/orange.

Leaving, John drove by a place he remembered also had autumn colors.
