Sundown

Lovely sunsets don’t have to be by the water, and we were far from the beach this time.

It was getting a tad chilly and I was tired from our long day to venture out of the car. This gave me a chance to watch my husband do what he loves doing, taking photographs with his Pentax.

Initially, I asked John about our chances for a sunset with one of those many windmills we saw along the road. Our view of them mostly seemed east, so, we then decided these trees that totally have me bewitched would make a fine subject for a sunset.

These Australian trees are so enchanting to me. With the sun setting behind them even more so.

Far away from Perth, the sky seems to go on forever.
