Tour of Sonshine FM Radio Station

Amongst the Pines, Sonshine FM Radio Station

While in Perth, Australia, Rodney offered to give us a tour of the Radio Station 98.5 Sonshine FM. They have a standard for music that I can appreciate.

We believe the media influences community values, and we have a responsibility to present positive values and offer hope. 98.5 Sonshine FM is unashamedly a Christian-based radio station.

After reading Rodney’s blog for many years, and visiting his church and meeting his family at the Perth Zoo, it was just icing on the cake to get an invite to see how his radio station works.

We all learned a lot about what it takes to make a radio station flow, and Rodney is truly a professional, making a lot of hard things to do look easy.

This was near our last day in Australia, and what a beautiful send off. Rodney and his family were a special blessing to me, I so appreciated all their efforts to make us feel so welcome. I hope for a chance to do the same for them here!
