Wedding Details

Well I said I would  blog in three segments about the wedding and have added a fourth, “the small details”. It occurred to me that I took some photos of some small details in the wedding worth noting. (Click on the image to open up a larger photo)

The bridesmaid’s bouquets were just lovely…

The cake not only looked delicious, it was very delicious!

At the start, Jenny purchased a strapless gown. Because of that, there was a likely issue to get married in her church. Because of that, Jenny elected to get married at Kurtz’s Beach. Later asking her pastor to marry her, the strapless dress was still an issue. Well, she added straps, and I must say, it was a beautiful addition to the dress. I loved them.

The corsages for the mothers of the bride and groom were just amazing, and this one matched my dusty rose suit. 🙂

Miranda contributed quite a lot to the wedding, naming one, SEWING!
As with the same story with the wedding dress, the bridesmaid’s dresses didn’t have straps either, and so she quickly went to work and made the girls wraps to wear.

Taking the same material she made a tie for Silas…

and a matching dress for Rubi!

The bridesmaids flowers set on the bench grabbed my eye.

The place for the presents…

Because the venue was close to the water, bubbles were not allowed, rice is never acceptable, and so wands like the one below were ordered to help wave goodbye to the bride and groom.

As Miquel and Jenny left, I couldn’t help but notice the sign put on the side of the car of her mom’s BMW.
