A Candid Moment with Computer Problems
Going through my old photos, I found this photo taken of me long ago. Obviously I was in the middle of some computer issues.
Barb with her very first computer, it was just the beginning of many more frustrations and tech support calls to come.
What a blast from the past, as if I remember right, this my very FIRST computer, a Packard Bell 486 Windows 3.11. Does anyone remember this dinosaur? On the larger original image, I can see I was in DOS.
I would call the phone a dinosaur too, except my mom still uses hers.
Unfortunately I remember those Packard Bell 486 machines. They were terrible to work on and repair! At least the pain of having that machine is in the past! =)
