Permissible Delights of the Soul

Just a few of my new collection…

“Music is an agreeable harmony for the honor of God and the permissible delights of the soul.”
Johann Sebastian Bach

So, being our first Christmas apart, ever, Miquel and Jenny wasn’t sure what to get me for a present. I hinted that music is never a wrong present for me and that I had a whole list of songs I wanted, and I didn’t have. So they sent me an Amazon Gift card and I have managed to decide which ones on the list to get first. Thank you so much, Jenny and Miquel, I have had a ball shopping!!!

Only trouble is, I still have a long list. I suppose it’s been a very long time since I’ve bought music and added to my collection, and on some occasions, I think I should just get the entire CD, there are some talents out there, I seem to enjoy everything they do. The biggest surprise? Tom McBride, of all things he has a song about Glen Burnie and being a little homesick, I went ahead and downloaded the .MP3. But gee, I listened to the CD on Amazon and it’s rather good.

So what did I add to my collection?

I might have to add funds to that card…
